Union Road <br />Manteca, CA 95337 <br />NOTIFICATION REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVEGROUND PETROLEUM <br />STORAGE ACT, MANTECA PARKS/GOLF MAINTENANCE YARD, SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />It has been brought to our attention that your facility includes aboveground storage tanks that may be <br />subject to the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA). The following information is enclosed for <br />your review: <br />"State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) letter dated 15 April 1998 " relating to the storage <br />statement and fee and a copy of the APSA. <br />S WRCB pamphlet entitled "Information on the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Program " <br />A sample of a "Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan " which can be used to <br />develop a plan for your facility. <br />The storage statement and appropriate filing fee must be submitted to the SWRCB by 12 May 2000. <br />A SPCC plan must be developed for your storage tanks and submitted to the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board by 8 June 2000. <br />If you have any questions regarding this program, please call me at (916) 255-3029. <br />, R � <br />G.
