LEFT AFTER SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER. <br />COMPLAINANT REQUEST A CALL BACK FORM THE INSPECTOR. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to two managers who were aware of this complaint. They stated that customer found a pen baked into the lasagna. <br />Dish is made from scratch on site. Most likely pen fell into lasagna when chef was preparing it. Chefs usually have a pen in <br />their sleeve pockets. Manager had a picture of "baked" pen. Pen was red and most likely chef had a hard time seeing it when <br />it fell into the dish. Manager stated that when they found out problem, all of the lasagna from the pan was tossed. <br />Correction: Starting today, instruct the cooks not to leave pens in their pockets. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
