PACS, %a- BELL FACILITY — UE656
SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL AND COUNTERMEASURE PLAN
The Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act requires facilities in the State of California that store petroleum products in above ground
storage tanks establish Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans. The objective of these plans is to provide
information on the measures in place to prevent, control, or respond to a potential spill. It is recognized that continual care is required
by the operator to avoid the discharge of the petroleum in harmful quantities into the navigable waters of the State or adjoining shorelines.
The accomplishment of this objective requires an assessment of each facility for the possibility of any such discharge of petroleum
product.
This document addresses the issues and requirements included in 40 CFR Part 112 and Chapter 6.67 of the California Health and Safety
Code. The responsibility to implement and maintain the programs and safety measures described in this document lies with Pacific Bell.
Facility Name:
Type of Facility:
Facility Classification:
Location:
County:
Name and Address of owner/operator:
Designated person accountable for spill prevention at facility:
Site Staffing:
Tank Type:
Make:
Tank Size
Year Installed
Contents:
Use:
Aboveground double wall tank
Enviro-Vault
3,000 gallons
1999
Diesel fuel Oil No. 2
Fuel storage for emergency generator engine.
2of10
UE656
Telecommunications
Non -Production Onshore Facility
44 West Yokuts Avenue
Stockton, CA 95207
San Joaquin
Pacific Bell
2600 Camino Ramon - 3E000T
San Ramon, CA 94583
Debra Lovecchio, Site Facility Manager
(209) 474-4180 office
(209) 385-9053 pager
Manned 6:30 AM - 12:00 AM
