Facilities with greater than 10,000 gallons of above ground storage capacity for petroleum products must have a P.E. review and certify the facility SPCC Plan. Correct immediately by having a P.E. review and certify the facility SPCC Plan. #18 The facility SPCC Plan lacked the facility diagram. Describe in your SPCC Plan the physical layout of the facility and include a facility diagram, which must mark the location and contents of each fixed oil storage container and the storage area where mobile or portable containers are located. The facility diagram must also include all transfer stations and connecting pipes, including intra-facility gathering lines. Correct immediately by incorporating the required facility diagram into the facility SPCC Plan. #19 The SPCC Plan failed to include description of product type and storage capacity for each container. The facility SPCC Plan must include the description of the product type of oil in each fixed container and its storage capacity. For mobile or portable containers, either provide the type of oil and storage capacity for each container or provide an estimate of the potential number of mobile or portable containers, the types of oil. and anticipated storage capacities. Correct immediately by incorporating the required description of product type and storage capacity for each container into the facility SPCC Plan.
