El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> RWQCB Case No. 391005 <br /> Dear Mr. Barton: <br /> As directed in your letter of August 1, 2008, this letter summarizes site activities for the month of <br /> September 2008. <br /> FIELD ACTIVITIES,REPORTING AND CORRESPONDENCE <br /> No field activities occurred during the month of September. The Third Quarter 2008 Groundwater <br /> Sampling Report was submitted to the RWQCB on September 3 and was uploaded to the GeoTracker <br /> database. Electronic Deliverable Format groundwater monitoring and sampling data have also been <br /> uploaded to GeoTracker. The August 2008 Monthly Status Report was submitted to the RWQCB on <br /> September 10 and has been uploaded to GeoTracker. <br /> We received a letter dated September 9, 2008 from the RWQCB requesting property and UST <br /> ownership history along with information regarding the time and origin of the hydrocarbon release. <br /> This information was provided in the August 2008 Monthly Status Report. The letter also requested a <br /> technical narrative addressing the potential threat from soil vapor intrusion to building occupants and a <br /> technical rationale why the vertical extent of groundwater contamination is adequately defined.
