Based on the label, this steel drum
would have contained wash water from cleaning the drilling and cementing equipment that was used to
destroy the monitoring wells. Upon inspection, the drum was found to be empty of all liquid (presumably
evaporated) and to contain about 1 foot of cement grout.
The label of the drum reads: "Non-Hazardous Waste" "Decon Water""6-26-09"
The drum has been transported to our office in Modesto where the contents will be properly managed.
Sincerely,
Ground Zero Analysis, Inc.
Gregory P.
