5. Emergency Equipment-current listing of on-site equipment used in the event of an <br /> emergency. <br /> a. Fire extinguisher—quantity of four 5 lbs multipurpose dry-chemical fire extinguishers see map <br /> for locations. <br /> b. Waste oil tank alarm —audible alarm that signals should waste oil tank rise above set mark. <br /> Indicates that tank must be drained immediately. <br /> c. Oil absorbent—"Greaseweep" rice hull ash used as oil absorbent. Minor spills are mixed with <br /> this product and then placed in a plastic bag. Bags are placed in 30 gallon dry waste hazardous <br /> storage. Waste haul contractor removes 30 gallon storage for proper treatment. <br /> 6. Evacuation Plan- <br /> In the event that emergency necessitates the evacuation of the facility the on-site manager will <br /> verbally inform each employee to leave the premises according to the evacuation plan that has <br /> been submitted to the San Joaquin Office of Emergency Services. A copy of the evacuation map <br /> has been included the contingency plan as well. <br /> 7.
