Kettleman Lane, Lodi, CA 95240 <br />RE: Return to Compliance Certification -803, 808, 809, 812 <br />Effective immediately, all universal and electronic waste generated at this site will be disposed of thru <br />collection and removal to proper recycling facilities. <br />1. No longer will any batteries be disposed of in the trash. Instead, a battery collection bin will be <br />established in the manager's office area and will be used as the disposal of all batteries. Each <br />and every staff member will utilize the bin to discard their batteries and enter this into the <br />"Universal Waste Log". When batteries are placed into the bin, an entry must be made in the <br />log. <br />2. The log will apply to all "Universal Waste" items such as batteries, fluorescent tubes, mercury <br />devices, and consumer electronic devices. The log will remain on site for future use and <br />inspection by the EHD. <br />
