Lyon
Owner
Oilstop
301 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi, CA 95240
RE: Return to Compliance Certification -803, 808, 809, 812
Effective immediately, all universal and electronic waste generated at this site will be disposed of thru
collection and removal to proper recycling facilities.
1. No longer will any batteries be disposed of in the trash. Instead, a battery collection bin will be
established in the manager's office area and will be used as the disposal of all batteries. Each
and every staff member will utilize the bin to discard their batteries and enter this into the
"Universal Waste Log". When batteries are placed into the bin, an entry must be made in the
log.
2. The log will apply to all "Universal Waste" items such as batteries, fluorescent tubes, mercury
devices, and consumer electronic devices. The log will remain on site for future use and
inspection by the EHD.
