Immediately <br /> close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> Submit a corrective action statement once this has been completed. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> In the oil storage area, one grey 55 gallon steel drum that contained oily debris was observed without an empty <br /> label. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date <br /> they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty <br /> containers per this section. Submit a corrective action statement to the EHD once this has been completed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 602 CCR 66262.34(e)(1)(B)Stored satellite accumulated waste on site longer than one year or 90 days after fill date. <br /> In the work bay,one white 5 gallon plastic bucket containing metal shavings was observed with a 4-13-2017 <br /> accumulation start date. Accumulated waste shall not be stored on site for more than 90 days after the container <br /> was filled, or a total of one year,whichever comes first.
