Telephone: (209) 858-0101 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00047384 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES ON 9/6/18 AT APPROXIMATELY 4:30 PM THEY OBSERVED PEOPLE PUTTING DOGS IN <br /> SHOPPING BASKETS.THIS HAS BEEN OBSERVED ON SEVERAL OTHER OCCASIONS. PLEASE CALL <br /> COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediate/v.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM—LOCATION—TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per manager, he is aware of the complaint. He explained to complainant that as per company policy,they have to ask <br /> anybody walking in store with dogs if it is a service dog or not and he told her that when the customer with the dog is done <br /> with shopping,they will take the cart to be sanitized. <br /> During my visit, I didn't find any pets with customers.
