REPORTED TO MANAGER AND <br /> MANAGER DID NOTHING. FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 7TH. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. (a) "Service animal" means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an <br /> individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or <br /> other mental disability, or that is in training to do that work or perform those tasks. "Service animal" does not include any other <br /> species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained. <br /> (b) The work or tasks performed by a service animal shall include assisting individuals who are blind <br /> or have low vision with navigation and other tasks, alerting individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to the presence of <br /> people or sounds, providing nonviolent protection or rescue work, pulling a wheelchair, assisting an individual during a <br /> seizure, alerting individuals to the presence of allergens, retrieving items such as medicine or the telephone, providing <br /> physical support and assistance with balance and stability to individuals with mobility disabilities,or helping persons with <br /> psychiatric and neurological disabilities by preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. The crime deterrent <br /> effects of an animal's presence and the provision of emotional <br /> support, well-being, comfort, or companionship do not constitute work or tasks for the purposes of <br /> this subdivision. <br /> Dogs under the control of a uniformed law enforcement officer or of uniformed employees of private patrol operators and <br /> operators of a private patrol service who are licensed pursuant to Chapter 11.5 (commencing with Section 7580) of Division 3 <br /> of the Business and Professions Code, while those employees are acting within the course and scope of their employment as <br /> private patrol persons. <br /> Dogs are only allowed if they meet the Health and Safety Code requirements above. <br /> informed the manager on site about the complaint.
