REPORTED TO MANAGER AND <br /> MANAGER DID NOTHING. FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 7TH. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> 113903. (a) "Service animal" means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an <br /> individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or <br /> other mental disability, or that is in training to do that work or perform those tasks. "Service animal" does not include any other <br /> species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained. <br /> (b) The work or tasks performed by a service animal shall include assisting individuals who are blind <br /> or have low vision with navigation and other tasks, alerting individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to the presence of <br /> people or sounds, providing nonviolent protection or rescue work, pulling a wheelchair, assisting an individual during a <br /> seizure, alerting individuals to the presence of allergens, retrieving items such as medicine or the telephone, providing <br /> physical support and assistance with balance and stability to individuals with mobility disabilities,or helping persons with <br /> psychiatric and neurological disabilities by preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. The crime deterrent <br /> effects of an animal's presence and the provision of emotional <br /> support, well-being, comfort, or companionship do not constitute work or tasks for the purposes of <br /> this subdivision. <br /> Dogs under the control of a uniformed law enforcement officer or of uniformed employees of private patrol operators and <br /> operators of a private patrol service who are licensed pursuant to Chapter 11.5 (commencing with Section 7580) of Division 3 <br /> of the Business and Professions Code, while those employees are acting within the course and scope of their employment as <br /> private patrol persons. <br /> Dogs are only allowed if they meet the Health and Safety Code requirements above. <br /> informed the manager on site about the complaint.
