All piping and fittings must be UL listed and bear a UL label. <br />2. A primary and secondary line integrity test must be performed after installation and <br />before reopening the dispensers. <br />3. A lake test must be performed on both dispenser sumps. Call to schedule the lake test <br />with this department. <br />4. EHD must approve any changes or addendums before work is performed. <br />5. If a trench line is created for the piping installation EHD must be notified so that a <br />visual inspection can occur. <br />6. 48 Hour notification is required for all inspections. <br />7.
