<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed Notice of
<br /> Applicability of General Order No. R5-2015-0012 (NOA) , dated May 19 , 2015, and the monitoring
<br /> and reporting program (MRP) , prepared by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control
<br /> Board (CVRWQCB) for the subject site (Site) .
<br /> The CVRWQCB and EHD have discussed the groundwater monitoring program for the Site. The
<br /> EHD directs semi-annual sampling of MW-5 , MW-6, MWA6, and MW-17 and annual sampling of
<br /> MW-7. Analyze the groundwater samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) ;
<br /> benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene , and xylenes (BTEX); tert-butyl alcohol (TBA) ; tent-amyl methyl
<br /> ether (TAME) ; and 1 ,2-dichloroethane ( 1 ,2-DCA). Monitoring wells not included in this schedule
<br /> should be monitored in accordance with the MRP.
<br /> In February 2015 , four monitoring wells (MW-21 , MW-22 , MW-23 , and MW-24) and two injection
<br /> wells (IW-4 and IW-5) were installed at the Site, per recommendation of the CVRWQCB by letter
<br /> dated October 23, 2014. Please upload a monitoring well installation report, boring logs, and
<br /> associated lab data, if any, to Geotracker at your earliest convenience. Please also upload the
<br /> survey report(s) and survey data for all nine recently installed monitoring and injection wells .
