Contaminant Exposure Pathway Evaluation : unknown <br /> F. Recommendation : <br /> In April 2008, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the <br /> Responsible Party to define the extent of contamination , assess remedial <br /> technologies , and implement active remediation that will achieve Water Quality <br /> Objectives in a timely manner. The Fund will review this site next year to track <br /> progress . <br /> UPDATED , April 2009 , the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> direct the Responsible Party, with enforcement action if necessary to begin active <br /> remediation without unnecessary delay. The Fund will review this site next year <br /> to track progress . <br /> UPDATED , June 2010 , by 14 May 2010 letter, the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> directed the Responsible Party, to submit an ISCO Pilot Study Work Plan .
