Per California Code of <br /> Regulation , Title 23 , Chapter 16, Section 2652c, contaminated underground storage tank <br /> (UST) site reports are required to contain proposals for investigating and cleaning up the <br /> site , and a time schedule for implementing the proposed actions. <br /> Per California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter .16 , Section 2725 , Responsible <br /> Parties of contaminated UST sites are required to complete an investigation to assess the <br /> vertical and lateral extent of the release at their site, and to determine a cost-effective <br /> method of cleanup. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of an addendum to the Report containing conclusions and <br /> recommendations for completing the site investigation to facilitate site remediation and <br /> eventual regulatory closure.
