I understand monitoring at this site has been sporadic because the consultant states available budgets from the <br /> CUF were utilized to implement a pilot study and there was not sufficient budget provided to monitor. I told <br /> Daniel that insufficient funding from the CUF is not justification for not conducting necessary monitoring. <br /> I hope things are going well for you.
