I am not sure if you had a chance to look it over, but the
following figures is what I come up with.
ORP: Low -82 .3 (MW-8), High 438. 5 (MW-9) and ( MW-13 )
Salinity: High 2 . 32 in (EW-1), (MW-13) and (VEW-1)
Please make corrections along with the others previously mentioned and resubmit the ISCO Pilot Report.
I believe that you wanted clarification on the CAP directive letter that you received . In the CAP/FRP you did not mention
the cleanup goals or objectives. Please include the cleanup goals and objectives in the CAP before you resubmit
it. The CAP will be denied in GeoTracker for this reason. The EHD approved wells may be installed before the waste
discharge permit from RB is obtained, but no fieldwork may be done until a current waste discharge permit is obtained
from the Regional Board . I will draft the public notice and post it this week.
Thanks
Angelica
I
Angelica Sandoval Marin, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
