A report summarizing the <br /> installation of the monitoring wells (MW- 19, MW-20, and EWA , ) and soil boring B-10 was <br /> submitted to you on 04 September 2008. The boring logs and report were then rejected and <br /> AGE, in response to the denials, corrected , and re-uploaded the report and its enclosures to the <br /> geotracker database. An additional report documenting the field work and laboratory analytical <br /> data for the aquifer pump and ozone infusion bench scale test has been completed and is in the <br /> process of being submitted pending a meeting with the responsible party upon his arrival and <br /> return from out of state.
