SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Corrective Action Statements <br />CRS Farming Hazard Ranch <br />Item # 101 -CCR 66262.12 Managed a hazardous waste without an identification <br />number. <br />Corrective Action -Submitted Application to DTSC and status active. (Please <br />see attachment document) <br />Item # 301 -CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of <br />hazardous waste. <br />Corrective Action -World Oil Environmental Services (Transpoter EPA # <br />CAD028277036) recycled the used oil in each of the three plastic totes. The <br />plastic totes were triple rinsed and replaced with 55 gallon metal drums with <br />rainproof lids. The secondary containment area was thoroughly cleaned and <br />cleared of debris. Used oil filters were drained into drums and placed in a 55 <br />gallon drum labeled "Used oil filters". There are now three 55 gallon drums for <br />used oil, one 55 gallon drum for the used filters and one 55 gallon drum for used <br />antifreeze (drums provided by World Oil Environmental Services). All drums have <br />proper labels including accumulation dates. <br />Item # 401,403 and 605 <br />Corrective Action -Please refer to the Corrective Action for Item # 301. <br />
