WINN TRUCKING, INCORPORATED, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Our letter dated 14 September 2000 requested your compliance with the Aboveground Petroleum <br /> Storage Act (APSA). Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br /> storage tanks at 777 Locust St., Ripon subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB). The SWRCB has received your storage <br /> statement and fee. <br /> Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan <br /> for the aboveground tanks by 16 October 2000.
