Recommend <br />replacing. <br />• Tank 1 : Emergency Contact Numbers Posted As Required? - Emergency plan is required and should include <br />posting of emergency contact numbers. <br />• Tank 1 : External Coating Condition - Tank shell is starting to show signs of rust/corrosion muscly around the end <br />cap welds and the roof of the Tank. <br />• Tank 1 : Overspill Protection Condition - Spill box has paint failure and corrosion and also has a soft spot on top. <br />Recommend replacing box. <br />• Tank 1 : Stairways - Handrails - Platforms - Ladders - In Fair condition, ladder has paint failure and corrosion. <br />Recommend cleaning and painting to prevent further damage. <br />• Tank 1 : Tank Support Condition - Tank supports have paint failure and corrosion, Recommend cleaning and <br />painting to prevent further damage. <br />• Tank 2: Ancillary Equipment - Piping has paint failure and corrosion, Recommend cleaning and painting to prevent <br />Rather damage. <br />• Tank 2: Emergency Contact Numbers Posted As Required? -Emergency plan is required and should include <br />posting of emergency contact numbers. <br />• Tank 2: Normal Vent Properly Sized? -Per NFPA 30 section 21.4.3 the normal vent shall beat least as large as <br />the largest filling or withdrawal connection. <br />• Tank 2: Overspill Protection Condition - Spill box has paint failure and corrosion and has a soft spot on the roof, <br />Recommend replacing. <br />• Tank 2: Tank Secondary/Interstitial Level Gauge Condition - The interstitial compartment is dry but the interstitial <br />monitoring sensor has an alarm that's been triggered since 06/2017 indicating liquid in the containment. Recommend <br />replacing sensor. <br />
