Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> RE: Return to Compliance Certification, Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act <br /> Dear Mr. Veloso, <br /> The following table details the corrective actions taken or will be taken for violations observed <br /> during your Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Inspection on January 6, 2016: <br /> Violation # Corrective Action <br /> 601 The SPCC plan has been rewritten and amended to follow the <br /> order of sequence of CFR Part 112 and any other applicable <br /> section of this part. Attached is a copy of the plan for your <br /> reference. <br /> 604, 605 The SPCC plan has been rewritten and amended to address <br /> facility layout, operations discharge prevention methods and <br /> containers. Attached is a copy of the plan for your reference. <br /> 609, 704, 706 The secondary containment of the 138,600 gallon diesel storage <br /> tank has not been compromised even though the outer motor is <br /> cracked. The secondary containment is an earthen dike, which is <br /> protected from erosion by a mortar exterior. Please see page 37 <br /> of the SPCC plan for more information. Performance <br /> Mechanical Inc. has been contacted to repair the cracks. <br /> 613,713 Attached are the most recent inspections conducted by John <br /> Strandberg, P.E. We have contracted with Performance <br /> Mechanical Inc. to complete the deficiencies noted in the P.E.'s <br /> reports. <br /> 710 We have revised the site's weekly inspection log to record <br /> drainage of uncontaminated rainwater from diked areas and <br /> secondary containments. Please see Task#476 of the weekly <br /> ins ection <br /> log sheet. <br /> 716 A drum level gauge has been installed on all 55 gallon drums <br /> used oil and in-use liquid oil drums. Please see the attached <br /> photo as evidence of gauge installation. <br />
