Please note designated <br /> operator was instructed <br /> to check on AST system per protocol with all other as they are on the same property <br /> with the same <br /> monitoring system. This change took place February,2015. <br /> 619 All employees in charge have been trained on handling discharges, leaks and clean <br /> ups and <br /> emergency phone nos: provided. <br /> 622 All discharge prevention briefing has been explained and understood by employees <br /> in charge of AST tanks and all other tanks at the station (see consolidated and protocal <br /> instructions) <br /> 717 Please note MVP Petroleum repaired all leaks. Stains were cleaned all rags & pads <br /> were <br /> removed and placed in drum. <br /> 718 As 613 ail have secondary containment. <br /> 723 This was taken care of by MVP Petroleum. Sponge/rubber/ tape was put around <br /> the supports by MVP Personnel. <br /> 4010 This has been signed and a new SPCC Plan has been ordered with all <br /> amendments, additions, etc. Will forward as soon as we receive copy from Todd <br /> McWhorter @ SPCC. <br />
