REDDING OFFICE <br />530-246-9499 ph <br />AIPE SACRAMENTO OFFICE <br />MID PACIFIC ENGINEERING, INC. 916-927-7000 ph <br />GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING I EARTHWORK TESTING I MATERIALS ENGINEERING AND TESTING I CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION <br />To whom it may concern, <br />I am submitting a permit application to the San Joaquin County, Environmental Health <br />Department, for CPT Soundings that will be performed for a Geotechnical Investigation. <br />Included in this submittal is the permit application and a plot plan with a google earth image <br />showing the location of the boring. <br />Once this permit is approved; the drilling date will be scheduled. We will drill approximately i <br />borings, 50 feet below existing grade. An inspector will be scheduled at least 24 hours prior <br />the date of the boring. Hard hats, vests, and protective shoes will be worn at all times. At the <br />end of our drilling and sampling, the boring will be sealed with Neat Cement.
