Ivern and Roger Baffoni by SECOR International Incorporated <br />(SECOR). The Letter (enclosed) requests an extension until 29 July 2005 for submittal of the second <br />quarter 2005 groundwater monitoring report (Report). The Letter states that additional time is necessary <br />for SECOR to include the results of the additional groundwater sampling for rebound, conducted <br />28 June 2005. In a phone call on 11 July 2005,1 gave verbal concurrence to SECOR for the extension <br />and asked for this Letter to provide documentation for the file. <br />The Report is now due 29 July 2005. <br />jbarton@waterboards.ca.gov. <br />/,!;/JAMES L.
