We will retrain all employees <br /> responsible for the daily logs that they fully understand the importance of logging <br /> all alarms and contacting the appropriate personal to rectify any and all alarms that <br /> may accur. <br /> We will closely monitor the effectiveness of our corrective a cdon plan on a long- <br /> term basis.
