Manifests were on site and available for review during the inspection. <br /> 4.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report mailed to site address. <br />
