The <br />company is not filling out waste tire comprehensive trip logs (CTLs) for waste and used tire transfers <br />between the four shops. The company obtained 2006 and 2007 waste tire hauler registration for four <br />vehicles but did not place the hauler decals on the vehicle front windows in 2007. <br />The 340 N Wilson Way store manager, Hermes Aguilar, requested comprehensive trip log training on June <br />8, 2007 which I provided to him at the store.
