Travel Stops
10601 North Pennsylvania
P.O. Box 26210
Oklahoma City, OK 73126
August 17, 2009
304 E Weber Avenue, 3`d Floor
Stockton, CA 95202-2708
Dear Munni Naidu:
This letter serves as a response to the violations that were discovered during the August 11, 2009 UST
and Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspections. Number 12 of the UST inspection was noted
as not being in compliance due to the VMI leak detector failing a 3 gal/hr test. Afforda Test was onsite
during the inspection and readjusted and retested the leak detector. The leak detector then passed the
3 gal/hr test. Number 12 of the Hazardous Waste Generator Program inspection noted that one of the
breakaways on a diesel dispenser was weeping. Immediately the breakaway was replaced and the
area around the dispenser where the diesel had wept onto the ground was cleaned with absorbent
material. All spent absorbent material was put into the properly labeled hazardous waste drums that
were onsite.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
ez:--eflw
C.
