Prima Jr.
June 13, 2003
Page 2
The GWET system treated and discharged a total of 328,269 gallons of groundwater (Table 2)
during the reporting period. To date, the GWET system has treated and discharged a total of
6,860,993 gallons. Calculated discharge rates during this reporting period ranged from 6.51 to 6.69
gallons per minute (gpm).
During this reporting period the GWET system extracted approximately 0.1 pounds of TPHg and 0.0
pounds of MtBE. To date, the GWET system has extracted approximately 8.9 pounds of TPHg, 0.2
pounds of benzene, and 84.8 pounds of MtBE. Plots of GWET system mass removal trends and
influent groundwater TPHg, benzene, and MtBE concentrations versus time are shown on Figures 4
and 5, respectively. Certified analytical reports and chain -of -custody documentation and GWET
system operation and maintenance field data sheets are included in Attachments 1 and 2,
respectively.
SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS
There were no system modifications during this reporting period.
SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS
There were no violations of the discharge limitations during this reporting period.
Should you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free to contact David
Evans of SECOR at (916) 861-0400, extension 234.
Sincerely,
SECOR International Incorporated
Karam Parmar
Staff Engineer
avid
Project Manager
1AChevron1957751Periodic Monitoring\O & M\Reports\Monthly\Discharge Reports120031May 2003 DR.doc
J,
