' 5 Within 15 days of Board staff approval of the Probi--m Assessment 'Report, but no later than 28 August 2000, submit a Final Remediation 28 August 2Q00 Plan (described in Appendix A) for the cleanup of the soil and groundwater at the site. Within 30 days of Board staff apprrovaI of the selects Remedial Option, 6 October 2000 but no later than 6 October 2000, implement and continuously operate, the approved remediabon system, with the exception of periodic and ' scheduled maintenance Any interruption in the operation of the cleanup system(s), other than for scheduled maintenance, without prior approval of the Executive Officer, is a violation of this Order. ■ Reporting and Permits ' 7. Under penalty of perjury, the technical reports as directed, which shall be submitted to the Eacecutive Officer of the Board, and to the County, must be signed by an appropriately licensed Professional (technical reports and plans, including drilling logs and soil and groundwater 'sampling, are to be prepared, signed, and certified by a Registered Geologist, Registered Civil Engineer, Certified Engineering Geologist st or Certified Hydmgeologist). All registered professionals must be licensed by the State of CaHfomia. 10.
