Under penalty of perjury, the technical reports as directed, which shall be submitted to the <br />Eacecutive Officer of the Board, and to the County, must be signed by an appropriately licensed <br />Professional (technical reports and plans, including drilling logs and soil and groundwater <br />'sampling, are to be prepared, signed, and certified by a Registered Geologist, Registered Civil <br />Engineer, Certified Engineering Geologist st or Certified Hydmgeologist). All registered <br />professionals must be licensed by the State of CaHfomia. <br />10.
