• <br />Chevron Products Company I <br />Fortner Chevron #9-5775, 301 West Kettleman Lane, Lodi, California June 5, 2001 <br />1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />SECOR International Incorporated (SECOR), on behalf of Chevron Products Company (Chevron), <br />has prepared tlus Problem Assessment Report / Final Remediation Plan (PAR/FRP) addendum to <br />document the results of site assessment activities, and to evaluate potential remedial actions at the <br />former Chevron Service Station 9-5775, located at 301 West Kettleman Lane, in Loch, California <br />This PAR/FRP addendum has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Cleanup <br />and Abatement Order (CAO) dated April 20, 2000, Notices of Violation (NOV), dated September <br />22 and December 11, 2000, respectively, and the Review of PAR and FRP, dated September 22, <br />2000 These documents are provided in Attachment A This PAR/FRP addendum includes the <br />following information <br />• A summary of background information and current site conditions, <br />• Extent of petroleum hydrocarbon impacts, <br />• Site conceptual model, <br />• Evaluation of existing remedial approach, <br />• Evaluation of remedial alternatives, <br />• Proposed scope of work and schedule, <br />• Conclusions and recommendations <br />In addition to the information listed above, this PAR/FRP provides the results of recent assessment <br />activities at the site The assessment activities were performed as outlined in the Work Plan for <br />Additional Site Assessment/Remedial Well Installation and the Addendum to Work Plan and <br />Meeting Summary of October 12, 2000, dated October 9 and October 17, 2000, respectively The <br />work was approved by the RWQCB as indicated in the response letter, dated October 18, 2000, <br />included as Attachment B <br />This report presents our understanding of existing conditions at the subject site. The conclusions <br />contained herein are based on analytical results, and professional Judgment in accordance with <br />current standards of professional practice, no other warranty is expressed of implied SECOR <br />assumes no responsibility for data reported by other consultants or contractors <br />2.0 SITE BACKGROUND AND CURRENT SITE CONDITIONS <br />The site is a former Chevron service station located at 301 West Kettleman Lane in Lodi, <br />California (Figure 1) Former facilities included four service bays, three dispenser islands, one <br />sales kiosk, three 10,000 -gallon gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs), one 1,000 -gallon <br />waste -oil UST, one 550 -gallon previously abandoned waste -oil UST, and one in -ground hydraulic <br />hoist All known aboveground and subsurface facilities have been removed from the site <br />I 1Chevron1957751ParFrpl9-5775PARFRP2 doc <br />
