• Chevron Products Company I Fortner Chevron #9-5775, 301 West Kettleman Lane, Lodi, California June 5, 2001 1.0 INTRODUCTION SECOR International Incorporated (SECOR), on behalf of Chevron Products Company (Chevron), has prepared tlus Problem Assessment Report / Final Remediation Plan (PAR/FRP) addendum to document the results of site assessment activities, and to evaluate potential remedial actions at the former Chevron Service Station 9-5775, located at 301 West Kettleman Lane, in Loch, California This PAR/FRP addendum has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Cleanup and Abatement Order (CAO) dated April 20, 2000, Notices of Violation (NOV), dated September 22 and December 11, 2000, respectively, and the Review of PAR and FRP, dated September 22, 2000 These documents are provided in Attachment A This PAR/FRP addendum includes the following information • A summary of background information and current site conditions, • Extent of petroleum hydrocarbon impacts, • Site conceptual model, • Evaluation of existing remedial approach, • Evaluation of remedial alternatives, • Proposed scope of work and schedule, • Conclusions and recommendations In addition to the information listed above, this PAR/FRP provides the results of recent assessment activities at the site The assessment activities were performed as outlined in the Work Plan for Additional Site Assessment/Remedial Well Installation and the Addendum to Work Plan and Meeting Summary of October 12, 2000, dated October 9 and October 17, 2000, respectively The work was approved by the RWQCB as indicated in the response letter, dated October 18, 2000, included as Attachment B This report presents our understanding of existing conditions at the subject site. The conclusions contained herein are based on analytical results, and professional Judgment in accordance with current standards of professional practice, no other warranty is expressed of implied SECOR assumes no responsibility for data reported by other consultants or contractors 2.0 SITE BACKGROUND AND CURRENT SITE CONDITIONS The site is a former Chevron service station located at 301 West Kettleman Lane in Lodi, California (Figure 1) Former facilities included four service bays, three dispenser islands, one sales kiosk, three 10,000 -gallon gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs), one 1,000 -gallon waste -oil UST, one 550 -gallon previously abandoned waste -oil UST, and one in -ground hydraulic hoist All known aboveground and subsurface facilities have been removed from the site I 1Chevron1957751ParFrpl9-5775PARFRP2 doc
