Report (PAR) on behalf of Chevron Products Company (Chevron) to document assessment <br />activities associated with the delineation of petroleum hydrocarbons and fuel oxygenates at <br />the subject site (Figures 1 and 2) This PAR includes the following information <br />• A summary of background information, <br />• A summary of current site conditions, and <br />• Analysis of interim alternatives for the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons and <br />fuel oxygenates in soil and groundwater <br />• <br />The purpose of this PAR was to assess the impact of petroleum hydrocarbons and fuel <br />oxygenates in soil and groundwater beneath the subject site, and evaluate possible remedial <br />action associated with this impact Prior to collecting the data required for the PAR, <br />Gettler-Ryan (G -R) submitted a Work Plan far Monitoring Well Installation and SECOR <br />submitted two Addendums to the Work Plan for Monitoring Well Installation (dated April <br />27 and 28, 2000) In the letter, dated April 14, 2000, the original work plan prepared by <br />G -R was approved by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) On <br />May 19, 2000, the installation of monitoring wells MW -12A and B (proposed in the <br />Addendum dated April 27, 2000) was approved by the Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board (RWQCB) On June 20, 2000, remedial wells OD -1 and OD -8 (re -named MW -14 <br />and MW -13), proposed in the Addendum dated April 27, 2000, were verbally approved <br />077 41991 04319-5775PAR doc <br />3017 Kilgore Roast, Suite 100, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 916861 0400 91686104301 -ax www wcorcorn <br />
