Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan March 2008 <br />Stockton Army Aviation Support Facility <br />Stockton, GA <br />3.0 SPILL PREVENTION AND CONTROL <br />This section details the manner in which the Stockton AASF fulfills the oil spill prevention and control <br />requirements of 40 CFR § 112. Countermeasures are covered in Section 4.0. <br />3.1 SECONDARY CONTAINMENT AND DIVERSION STRUCTURES—112.7(C) <br />0 Onshore Facilities — 112.7(c)(1) <br />Localized secondary containment is provided for all tanks and containers located at the Stockton <br />AASF, including containers storing hazardous waste. Drive -on secondary containment structures <br />are also provided for mobile bulk storage trucks and refuelers. Table 3-1 summarizes the <br />secondary containment capabilities for oil storage at the Stockton AASF.
