The <br />aboveground storage tank registered to this facility is no longer in service and has been removed. <br />By copy of this letter, I am notifying the State Water Resources Control Board that you no longer have <br />an aboveground tank that is subject to the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act and that the Fox River <br />Paper Company — Ripon should be removed from the list of regulated facilities. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 255-3029. <br />G.
