A copy of each bill of lading must be <br />kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three <br />years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br />Two 55 gallon black steel drums of used oil filters were observed in the shop labeled "used oil and gasoline filters" <br />without the word drained. Filters were observed uncontainerized stored on the draining table. One of the drums was <br />observed with an unsealed lid. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, <br />labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately label used oil and fuel <br />filter drums with "drained" and remove filters from the drain table and store in a proper container and ensure that all <br />used oil filters are managed in this way. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by March 10th, 2016. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit ail hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
