No spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plan. <br />-- Owner of a storage tank at a tank facility shall prepare a SPCC plan in accordance with Part 112 <br />(commencing with Section 112.1) of Sub -chapter D of Chapter I of Title 40 of the Code of Federal <br />Regulations. Each owner or operator shall conduct periodic inspections of the storage tank to assure <br />compliance with Section 112 (commencing with Section 112.1) of Sub -chapter D of Chapter I of Title 40 <br />of the Code of Federal Regulations. In implementing the SPCC plan, each owner or operator shall fully <br />comply with the latest version of the regulations contained in Part 112 (commencing with Section 112.1) <br />of Sub -chapter D of Chapter I of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations. <br />* Submit a copy of the SPCC plan in accordance to CCR Title 40 to San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department (EHD). <br />NOTES <br />- A schedule of free classes for SPCC Plans offered at EHD is included. EHD recommends signing up fo <br />one of these classes to help you in your meeting SPCC/APSA compliance. <br />- This report is sent by mail on January 28, 2011 after the on-site inspection on January 26,2011. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY <br />RATE.
