I <br />have included the documents and corrections as required. <br />The following list is included: <br />1) Item 110 -- updated the consolidated emergency response plan / contingency <br />plan. on CERS. The box is checked and down loaded to the website <br />7/22/2013. <br />2) Item 132 — Daily inspections are being done per requirements. <br />3) Item 133 — The oil. hazardous tank certification, being done by Bob Marty of <br />Advanced Geo Environmental, (209) 467-1006. <br />4) Item 305 — The eyewash station velcrow was replaced, holding the rinse arm <br />closed. The eyewash solution was refilled, 6!26/201,3. <br />5) Item 601 & 605 — The label was corrected during the inspection.
