In that conversation, Mr. Cacatit stated that abandonment of the tank required
drainage, triple washing/rinsing, demolition, and appropriate disposal of the demolished tank.
A site plan showing the location of the former used oil tank is attached.
On 06/28/2013, the remaining contents of the tank were removed, and the tank was triple
washed and rinsed. A copy of the consolidated waste manifest/invoice is attached, along with
the signed TSDF copy of the manifest.
In August 2013, the concrete tank, the concrete secondary containment, and the concrete slab
underlayment were demolished. The demolished unit concrete pieces were sent to a local
concrete crushing yard for recycle. A copy of the invoice for the work is attached.
If you have any questions, please contact Steve Brussee (contact information below).
I declare, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California, that based on
information and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, the statements and information
provided in this and the attached document are true, accurate, and complete.
Sincerely, 0
Ripon Cogeneration, LLC
2'-72,
James M.
