Banta, CA <br />October 17, 2012 <br />Page 3 of 152 <br />FEB 2 5 2016 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br />SUITABILITY FOR SERVICE ®► �u rNF:PART%47K1T <br />According to Section 9.0 of the Chevron Products Company Technical Specification for <br />Formal External and Internal Tank Inspections of Large Aboveground Storage Tanks, <br />DJA Inspection Services, Inc. recommendation for service is categorized as Class 1, 2, <br />and 3. <br />Tank is suitable for service if certain repairs are made or recommendations <br />implemented. <br />It is recommended that the following items be addressed before returning the tank to <br />service: <br />CLASS 1 ITEMS <br />1. Replace seals around fixed roof column and gauge well. <br />2.
