�iEGEYEp <br />CHEVRON FEB 2 5 2016 <br />BANTA,CA <br />T-25 ENVIRONMENTAL <br />14r131TU r1CPWTA,17NT <br />2.0 -SUMMARY -of in service inspection on Feb. 12, 2016. <br />CONTAINMENT AREA — The concrete wall, and dirt/gravel, containment was visually <br />inspected and no serious conditions were found. Only the normal hairline cracks in <br />concrete were observed. <br />2.1 - FOUNDATION — The concrete slab foundation was visually inspected. The <br />foundation was found to be in good condition, with only the normal hairline cracks <br />observed. <br />LEAK DETECTION — The leak detection is visual and no indication of leakage was <br />found. <br />SECONDARY CONTAINMENT — NA <br />2.3 - SHELL — The tank is a horizontal lap welded construction. Shell was visually <br />inspected and tested for thickness by UT. UT shows no noticeable metal loss/thinning. <br />Visually, there is no grounding cable attached to tank supports. <br />2.6 - NOZZLES — The nozzles were visually inspected, tested for thickness by UT. <br />Visually no conditions of concern were found. UT shows no measureable metal <br />loss/thinning. <br />TANK SUPPORTS — Supports were visually inspected and no areas of concern were <br />found. <br />TANK ACCESS — The vertical ladder, and platform, was visually inspected and found <br />to be safe and adequate. <br />2.7 - EXTERNAL DETERIORATION PROTECTION — The tank is is painted with <br />Buff colored Epoxy. No areas of concern were observed. <br />BRITTLE FRACTURE — The tank remains in the same service and meets brittle <br />fracture criteria. <br />OVERFILL PROTECTION — Overfill protection is by Rader and a Redundant high <br />level alarm. The tank has high level alarm. <br />PIPING- The piping was not inspected however a visual of the piping did not reveal any <br />conditions of concern. <br />
