Based on our phone conversation we understand <br />that you have been unable to locate our previous submittal dated February 24, 2016 that was <br />delivered on February 25, 2016 (attachment #2). We are resubmitting our February 24°t <br />response which describes the actions to address the compliance items identified during your <br />January 14, 2016 inspection (attachment #3). <br />Please note that the item numbers in the original inspection on January 14, 2016 do not match the <br />current item numbers from the follow up letter dated on May 6. 2017. Item #604 is now #603, <br />Item #609 is now #612, Item #613 is now 4-618, Item #614 is now #619, Item #706 remains the <br />same.
