Ensure hoses are clearly marked w to nser number and product service . - - Dry Break Couplers - Visually inspect for damage, corrosion, proper orientation (observe hookup to vehicle dry break), abnormal drips, leaks. Ensure gaskets are in place and in good condition. Ensure handles and pins are in good condition. ✓ ' Product Hose Swivels - Look for drips and leaks. Make sure swivels move freely and easily. Counterweights - Visually inspect the counterweight for damage or corrosion, Move the loading arm and check ease of movement and balance / J / y f Vapor Hoses - Visually inspect for damage and vaporleaks. Ensure there is no product in the hose. Make sure gaskets are in place and are in good condition. / ill'Vapor Couplers - Ensure gaskets are in place and in good condition Make sure plunger is present to push in poppet on tanker. Make sure ears and pins are in good condition . Vapor Hose Swivel Joints - Visually inspect for damage, drips and leaks. Ensure swivels move freely and easily; proper operation: full, smooth movement of the loading arm Productr/apor Valves & PipingiSupports -Visually inspect for drips andleaks, particularly at connection points and flanges. Look for signs of damage and/or corrosion. Ensure piping is clearly labeled with product service V and flow direction Turbine Meter - Visually inspect the turbine meter forleaking at flanges; proper operation (e.g. meter count) Control Valve - Visually inspect the control valve for damage; leaking at flanges; proper operation: controlled opening and closing ✓ / ✓ Drain boxes/pump off systems/buckets - Ensure boxes and buckets are empty.
