Daily Terminal Yard Inspection Checklist Terminal. Week NOTE: Enter J if OK, X if corrective action is necessary (i.e., repair, replacement, etc), or I if does not apply (i.e., couldn't sump filters due to no loads). Provide detail of corrective actions taken in comment section following the checklist. If a gauge reading is requested, enter the reading rather than a check mark. Check monitor inside to ensure they are working property, are In focus and are adjusted to provide maximum viewing Dike Walls - Inspect waits for damage, points for potential leaks during spill (ex: animal burrows, cracks) ✓ - Fenceline - Visually inspect the tenceline for holes in fencing, sagging/broken barbed wire, gaps under fencing, vegetation growing into fencing, suspicious packages/people near fencing, signs of unauthorized entry Valves - Look for product leaks and drips; Ensure valves are in the correct position and locked when not in use, Ensure water draw and roof drain valves are closed and locked when not in use Manifold Area - Ensure there are no signs of leaks; valves that are not in use are closed and locked: product valve labels are correct Seals and Locks - Ensure all seals and locks are in place and show no signs of tampering Dock Security Checks - walk length of dock Ispecting above and below; verify all gates are closed and locked at all times, dock buildings kept locked when dock unattended; check for hose leaks; check lighting at night Ole✓ Pump Off Pumps -Visually inspect for leaks, listen for excessive or unusual noise when running, verify oil in lubricator, check pressure gauges, verify valves locked it :A Gi[ir: Leaks - Look for signs of drip or leaks. Rags - Ensure there are no rags/absorbent pads laying about ✓ Electrical Cabinets - Ensure all cabinets are tightened closed and locked V/ Driver Restroom - Ensure cleanliness, check vandalism Drips and Spills - Look for evidence of product that could be a sign of a leak and could be a slipping hazard.
