Ensure there is no product in the hose. Make sure <br />gaskets are in place and are in good condition. <br />Vapor Couplers - Ensure gaskets are in place and in good condition Make sure plunger is present to push in <br />poppet on tanker. Make sure ears and pins are in good condition <br />Vapor Hose Swivel Joints - Visually inspect for damage, drips and leaks. Ensure swivels move freely and <br />easily,* proper operation: full, smooth movement of the loading arm <br />Product/Vapor Valves& Piping/Supports -Visually inspect for drips and leaks, particularly at connection points <br />and flanges. Look for signs of damage and/or corrosion. Ensure piping is clearly labeled with product service <br />- <br />and flow dimction <br />Turbine Meter - Visually inspect the turbine meter for leaking at Ranges; proper operation (e.g. meter count) <br />Control Valve - Visually inspect the control valve for damage,, leaking at flanges, proper operation: controlled <br />opening and closing <br />Drain boxes/pump off systems/buckets -Ensure boxes and buckets are empty. Make sure pump off system <br />hose and fittings are in good condition and gaskets are present and in good condition. Ensure there are no air <br />Ileaks. <br />Drains - Ensure all drains are clear of debris that could inhibit flow or cause clogging. <br />Locks and Seals — Ensure all locks and seals are in place on the meters, pre -amp housings and valves. <br />Heat Sensors - Ensure the sensors are present and show no obvious signs of damage. <br />Emergency Shutdown (ESD) - Ensure the ESD is clearly identified and labeled and there are no obstructions <br />that would prevent access. <br />Signage - Ensure loading procedures and current version of the Product Loading Sequence Chart (PLSC) are <br />present and in good condition. <br />Lights -Ensure they are present and show no obvious signs of damage. Ensure they turn on and off at the <br />correct times to provide sufficient lighting. <br />Canopy Rain Gutters - Ensure they are securely fastened and show no obvious signs of damage. Make sun - <br />the downspouts are not directing water into areas that could cause injury or equipment damage. <br />Video Cameras - Ensure they are present and show no obvious signs of damage. Check monitor inside to <br />ensure they are working properly, are in focus and are adjusted to provide maximum viewing. <br />Intercom Ensure they are present and show no obvious signs of damage. <br />Eye Wash Stations - Ensure eye wash stations am clearly identified and labeled and there are no obstructions <br />that would prevent access. <br />Emergency Shower - Ensure shower is clearly identified and labeled and there are no obstructions that would <br />prevent access. <br />1l <br />Y <br />Deeco Screens - Ensure the screen is on and legible and shows no signs of damage. Ensure enclosure is <br />locked. <br />BOIL Room - Ensure cleanliness, verily printer paper available for 80L and journey plan printers, ensure RACS <br />cabinet is locked <br />Housekeeping - Pick up all trash and debris.
