Ensure oil is clear, not extremely dirty or <br />foamy <br />/ <br />J / <br />Pump/Motor Coupler - Visually inspect the couplerforsigns of damage. Look for "shavings" that would <br />indicate impending failure. Ensure safeguard is in place to prevent entanglement in rotating shaft. <br />Off/On Switches - Ensure each switch is in the correct position, locked if required and clearly marked <br />as to what it operates. <br />/� / <br />/ ✓ <br />Valve Position - Ensure valves are in the correct position, locked and/or sealed as required and clearly <br />marked with a tag with its P&lD # or its purpose. <br />/ <br />Containment Area - Ensure area is clear of leaves and debris; inspect for signs of damage <br />or / <br />Line Shock/Pipe Vibration - Watch and listen for vibration, which could be a sign of incorrectly sized <br />piping, pumps, pressure relief valves, etc. <br />/ <br />Pressure Relief Valves - Ensure valves are marked clearly with P&ID # and/or what it operates. Look <br />for drips, leaks and sign of damage. <br />Tags i Decals - Ensure all pumps are marked with their P&ID #, a tag describing their function or some <br />means of identification. <br />7 <br />Pressure Gauges - Record pressure gauges when gauges are present. Ensure the gauge is within <br />operating guidelines for your system. <br />Ethanol F-251 report differential pressure and operating pressure once a day <br />Supreme F-251 report differential pressure and operating pressure once per day <br />Reg Unleaded FAA report differential pressure and operating pressure <br />Reg Unleaded FAB report differential pressure once per day <br />Diesel F-20 report differential pressure and operating pressure <br />Diesel F-21 report differential pressure and operating pressure <br />Leaks - Look for leaks near seams, welds, fittings and valves. <br />' <br />J <br />Containment Area - Ensure area is clear of leaves and debris; inspect for signs of damage <br />Valve Position - Ensure valves are in the correct position and locked or sealed when required. Ensure <br />all connection points are plugged. <br />Pressure Differential Gauges - Record gauge (WHILE LOADING iS TAKING PLACE ON ALL RISERS <br />FOR THAT PRODUCT) on appropriate form. Make sure gauge is not damaged and is working correctly. <br />/ <br />Pressure Relief Valve - Look for drips, leaks and signs of damage. <br />J <br />Seals and Locks - Ensure ell seals and locks are in place and show no signs of tampering. <br />' <br />Tags / Decals - Ensure all filter vessels are marked with their P&iD #, a tag describing their function or <br />some means of identification.
