Updating SPCC Plan <br />L�E�,,V r E D <br />MAY 26 2017 <br />EAViRONME"".'TAL HEALTH <br />Chevron <br />W <br />■ The SPCC Plan must be updated (full or partial) when the facility has been <br />changed in design, construction, operation, or maintenance, which affects the <br />facility's discharge potential, including: <br />— Decommissioning a tank (permanently out -of -service) <br />— Building or adding a new tank/container >55 gallons <br />— Changing product stored or operating conditions <br />— Changing secondary containment measures (adding/removing dikes, <br />berms, liners, drains, catchment basins) <br />■ Amendments to the SPCC Plan must be prepared within 6 months of an <br />applicable change or review, and implemented as soon as possible, but no <br />later than 6 months following the Plan update. <br />■ At a minimum, the SPCC Plan must be fully reviewed every five years. <br />■ Any technical changes must be stamped by a Professional Engineer (P.E.), <br />for either a full or partial review of the Plan. <br />© 2014 Chevror 6 <br />
