Based on our phone conversation on February 15, 2018, we understand that only two of the seven <br />items from the amended report still need to be addressed and include: <br />Item #603: CFR 112.7(a)(3) No facility diagram or didn't show location and contents of containers, <br />transfer stations, and pipes. Please see the attached Facility Diagram (attachment #3) and Tank Table <br />from the SPCC Plan (attachment #4). <br />Item #711: CFR I I2.8(c)(6) Failed to perform scheduled tank tests and inspections by appropriately <br />qualified personnel. Tank #25 was inspected by a qualified person on February 12, 2016 The post -repair <br />inspection report for Tank #25 documents that all the required repairs have been resolved (attachment <br />#5). <br />During 2018 we will be conducting a full 5 -year review of the Banta SPCC plan and will be sure to revisit <br />the items that were found during the initial inspection. <br />Please see our previous submittals to the district regarding these items (attachment #4).
