Contact the fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. The contractor shall be licensed by the Contractors Licensing Board. <br /> 3. Any changes shall be submitted to DIED for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br /> submittals supercede the previous ones. <br /> 4. Both primary and secondary pipes shall hear a UL., label. <br /> 5. All pipe fittings and connections shall hear a UL label. <br /> 6. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the 1..,0113-16. <br /> T All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instruction, section 2635 and section <br /> 2636 of California. Code of Regulations (CCR) <br /> 8. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR 2636(g). <br /> 9. All piping must slope; to a containment sump with am audible/visual alari-n. <br /> 10. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR.26.35(b)(2). The audible/visual overfill alarm must be <br /> mounted in the sight./hearing range of the delivery driver. <br /> 11. Submit employee training certification from the manufacture of the tank and piping prior to <br /> commencing installation. u <br /> 12. Air accurate and drawn-to scala-as-built plan rat,ist be submitted to EI1D prior to scheduling <br /> a final inspection. <br /> 13. All lines and tanks shall be tested for tightness, in accordance to manufacturer's guidelines <br /> by a licensed tank tester and results received prior to the final inspection. <br /> 1.4. See page 7 of the permit application and pages 1°-2, F-3 of the blue prints for additional <br /> conditions and changes. <br /> 15. Contact Dina Abate, EHS at (209) 468-3468 for inspections. See inspection checklist for the <br /> required inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 16. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year.
