VAZ TRUCKING, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />It has been brought to our attention that your facility includes aboveground storage tanks which may be <br />subject to the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA). Enclosed for your review is the following <br />information: <br />• "State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) letter dated 15 April 1998 " relating to the storage <br />statement and fee and a copy of the APSA. <br />• SWRCB pamphlet entitled "Information on the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Program ". <br />• A sample of a "Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan " which can be used to <br />develop a plan for your facility. <br />The storage statement and appropriate filing fee must be submitted to the SWRCB by 24 January 2000. <br />A SPCC plan must be developed for your storage tank(s) and submitted to the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board by 29 February 2000. <br />If you have any questions regarding this program, please call me at (916) 255-3029. <br />A.
